Rebablitation of the post-harvest unit infrastructure for inhance grape value addition research at ARI-Makutupora is a three years project (2018-2021) funded by Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH).The project aims to rehabilitate the processing unit at the centre and do installation of modern tools required during wine processing at the farmers level.Farmers and other agricultural stakeholders will be trained on processing/value addition technologies Ie.wine making  to solve market barriers  which is very common for grape producers
