Sokoine University of Agriculture in collaboration with TARI Makutupora conducts training on wine processing for small and large processors in the Dodoma region from 4th to 6th June 2024 at Prof Mjema's hall located at the College of Business Education.
The training aims to provide knowledge and skills to participants on the processing of high-quality and safe wine, starting from good grapevine production practices, harvesting, and processing, up to packaging and marketing to increase income and improve the livelihood of small processors and entrepreneurs.
