Currently, Ngabo Pamba heads a Knowledge and Communication subsection under the Department of Technology Transfer and Partnerships. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Development and Rural Innovation (MDR) of the Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands, awarded in 2015 with a specialization in knowledge, technology, and innovation. In his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Extension, and graduated in 2006. He has accumulated robust experience of, over fifteen years, leading projects in the public and private sectors. Either, he worked with the International Potato Center in the fields of agricultural extension and adaptive applied research for the betterment of the smallholder farmers in Tanzania and abroad. Moreover, His workings concentrated on Land Use Planning and Management, Development of Sustainable Agriculture using the Participatory Integrated Watershed Management Approach (PIWMA), and Agricultural Seed systems, particularly in vegetatively propagated crops. He is most interested in research on climate change adaptability for resilient farming systems of Tanzania.
