Objectives of this project is to 

i Establish and strengthen National Technology Delivery Partnership;

ii. Facilitate a vibrant and responsive delivery system to scale up HIB

iii. Promote wide adoption of good agricultural practices for     increased HIB production

iv. Promote private sector linkages to scale up affordable value   added nutritious HIB products.
