Ngabo Vicent Pamba is Head of the Knowledge and Communication subsection at TARI Kibaha under the Department of Technology Transfer and Partnerships. He holds an MSc in Development and Rural Innovation from Wageningen University and Research (2015) and a BSc in Agricultural Education and Extension from Sokoine University of Agriculture (2006). With over fifteen years of experience in agricultural research, extension, and project leadership, including work with the International Potato Center, his expertise spans land use planning, sustainable agriculture through participatory watershed management, and seed systems for vegetatively propagated crops particularly sweetpotatoes and cassava. His research interests focus on dissemination and adoption studies that strengthen smallholder farmers’ uptake of improved technologies as well as climate change adaptation for resilient farming systems.
