Yusufu Keu is the Head of Procurement Management Unit (PMU) at Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) – Kibaha, Coast Region in Tanzania since January, 2021.

Worked as Principal Procurement Officer for Medical Stores Department (MSD) Head Quarter (Jan 2010 - Dec 2020),

He received his Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional Degree. In Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and a Masters degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the University of Mzumbe in Tanzania; also Diploma of Materials Management at Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Keu has more than 26 years of combined experience and diverse capabilities in Procurements, Logistics Management, administrations activities, Implementing Supply Chain, and liaising with donors, partners and stakeholders in many organizations.
