Mr Joseph Joachim Somboko is Research Assistant (RA) and is working with TARI Kibaha as Biotechnology and Laboratory scientist. Mr Joseph Somboko is holding diploma in pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Dar Es salaam. Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Laboratory Sciences from Sokoine University of Agriculture. Mr Somboko  used to work with various Community and hospital pharmacies for 5 years, before embarking into agriculture research. Have over ten years of experience and achieved high level of professional in agriculture research. Currently is working with Root and Tuber Research program mainly to cassava breeding and seed system.
