Academic qualifications work and experiences.

Fadhil Mohamed Paramana Agricultural Field Officer holds Diploma in General Agriculture from NATIONAL SUGAR INSTITUTE, Kidatu-Morogoro, Tanzania.

He is working with Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) at Kibaha centre, Pwani Department of Research and innovation as Agricultural Field Officer in Entomology section.

He has 9 years experience with Agriculture Research, from 2014 to June 2021 worked at TARI Ilonga and from July 2021 working at TARI-Kibaha.

Research goals at TARI-Kibaha is to assist on setting, monitoring and data collection in the trials, also to conduct training to the farmers about the innovated technologies from the Researcher in order to give solutions to the farmers and to improve production and productivity.
