Frank Mulamila Reuben (MSc) is the National Coordinator for Sunflower Research in Tanzania.  He is also the Head of Oil Seed Crop Research Programme at TARI Ilonga. He has number of years working experience with both public and private organizations. His academic background is basically on Agronomy and Plant Breeding. He also obtained 2 years training in leadership and management from PICO Institute in Nairobi.  He has received various trainings in Biocontrol Technology at Montana State University US, Laboratory Science at Montana State University, Genomics as well as Genetic Resource Conservation from abroad.  Reuben has been a member of academic associations at national and international levels. Reuben has partly collaborated with number of Institutions including Tanzania National Service (JKT), Agricultural Markets Development Trust (AMDT), McKnight Foundation, Kagera Sugar Limited, World Food Programme (WFP), International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA), The International Centre for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), World Vision Tanzania, Clinton Foundation, Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), and many others to implement agricultural development projects. Reuben has currently made number of publications on various international journals.
