Mr. Emmanuel Thomas Mwenda(MSc) is a National Sorghum &  Millet research program coordinator and head of the program at TARI Ilonga centre. Mr. Mwenda also has research  experience in other crops. He has being coordinating and linking the Institute and private partners (BMGF, CIMMITY, ICRISAT, CIAT,  IITA) in several projects like Accelerating Viriatal Improvement  Seed delivery of Legumes  and Cerials in Africa (AVISA).
