Mr Baraka Daniel is an Agricultural Extensionist working with TARI (Ilonga Centre) as a head of Technology Dissemination, Commercialization and Partinership Section, He has more than 10 years working experience in Agricultural Technology Transfer issues for both public and private partnerships. He also worked under Regional Administrative and Local Government (Babati Town Council).
