Mr. Ally Mbwando Dimosso (MSc) is an agricultural researcher officer (plant breeder) at TARI Ilonga centre. He has a working experience  in crop research for more than 10 years and participated in several  public and private applied research in his field. Mr. Dimosso is currently working under Oil seed crop (sunflower) sub research program at the centre.
