Dr. Ndabhemeye K. Mlengera, Sub - Centre Manager, who is a Conservation Agricultural Expertise at TARI - Kifyulilo advised farmers who visited the Centre during establishment of conservation agriculture experimental site,  at the station, whereby he advised farmers on the importance of conservation agriculture towards reducing farming costs, increasing farm potential and mitigations of climate changes.
